Long Arm pub & brewery will be the first of its kind in the UK. Serving just six daily-changing beers, fresh from tank to glass, the pub is committed to supporting sustainability by eliminating all packaging – completely cutting out the keg, cask and bottling process.
The focal point of the room is the six giant 1,000 litre tanks that ensure every pint delivers on optimal quality and freshness. Long Arm pub will serve one low strength beer (under 4%), one lager and one IPA which will rotate regularly as Master Brewer Guillermo Schulenburg experiments with unique recipes and flavours. Three specials will make up the rest of the list, from chocolate porters through to German pilsners and smoked stouts.
Another unique feature is Long Arm’s branded beer growlers – one to two litre swing top bottles which can be purchased and re-filled, meaning customers can take beer away with them whilst lightening their environmental footprint.
With a focus on impeccably sourced ingredients, the food menu is made up of 100% British beef burgers, artisan pizzas and Mexican ‘sopes’ – a thick tortilla topped with meat and vegetables, alongside fish tacos, chilli salt squid and croquettes which will provide perfect pub sustenance.
