If you apply for a job or are employed by us
When you apply for a job with us we use your application as consent to collect the personal information we need to invite you to interview. On the application and at interview, we may also collect details about any disabilities or additional needs you may have in order to help us provide you with a secure environment to work in, and to help us make any adjustments we may need to make to help you.
We use Harri as our applicant tracking system (ATS). If you have been unsuccessful, we will keep your personal information for 7 years after which it will be deleted or destroyed.

If you are successful, you will sign a contract with us and that will be the legal basis on which we process your personal information. Where we hold information about any additional needs, your sex or race or ethic origin, we hold these to comply with legislation such as the Employment Act and Equality Act.
We will keep your employment record for 7 years after the termination of your employment.
We use Fourth Hospitality software to manage our HR database.
