When you book a table or corporate event with us
Reservations
For reservations by phone or in person we take your name and contact details so that we can contact you regarding your booking.
We use your verbal consent to use this information and we only us it for bookings. We may ask you if you wish to receive news and exclusive offers from ETM and the venue you are making a reservation with. If you agree, we will only use your information for to send you these offers, and news items and we don’t share the information with anyone else.
You might also use the Open Table, or Book a Table website and applications (we have linked their privacy policies for you). For each of these the companies will take your details (usually a tick box) to share your information with us to complete the booking. They will also ask you if you wish to consent to receiving further information from their own companies as well as us with special offers and news.
If you agree, we will only use your information for to send you these offers, and news items and we don’t share the information with anyone else.
When we send you information we will always provide you with the option to unsubscribe.
Please note that we are not responsible for the data held by the above sites, only the small amount of information they pass on to us. Please contact them directly and refer to their privacy policies regarding what they do with your information.

Group Dining & Private Events
For a personal group dining or private events enquiry by phone or in person we will take your name, contact details and information about payment and invoicing details as required so we can facilitate your enquiry/booking and so we can contact you regarding your enquiry. We may ask you if you wish to receive news and exclusive offers from ETM and the venue you are making a reservation with. If you agree, we will only use your information for to send you these offers, and news items and we don’t share the information with anyone else.
You might also use the Collins (Design My Night) website and application. Collins (Design My Night) will collect your name, contact details and information about payment and invoicing details as required so we can facilitate your enquiry/booking and so we can contact you regarding your enquiry. They will also ask you if you wish to consent to receiving further information from their own companies as well as us with special offers and news.

For corporate bookings we will take the name and contacts details of the person making the booking and information about payment and invoicing details as required. The contact email of the individual will be added to our corporate register and we will send information from time to time about news and special offers available. We may also phone to introduce new offers. We will use the soft opt-inrules to allow us to contact you in the future and you will always be given the option to unsubscribe.
