In addition to the sophisticated new look and first-class drinks list, The Botanist has also launched a stunning brasserie-style all-day menu from newly appointed Head Chef, Ameya Bhalekar. The menu features elegant, modern European dishes using the best of the UK’s heritage breeds and responsibly sourced fish.
Signature starters include raw bass ceviche served with citrus, pickled onion, jalapeño and sweet potato; and creamy burrata with baby beetroot and ruby chard.
Main dishes on the menu embrace the seasons with flavourful salads and perfect grills, whilst breakfast and brunch must-haves range from nourishing coconut and chia seed pots with fresh mango, passion fruit and quinoa, to the wonderfully exotic shakshuka with peppers and eggs.
