If you send us feedback
Our venues provide a platform in which to send us feedback about your recent visit. Feedback responses are collected by Feed It Back, a research company commissioned to collect this information on ETM Group and its venues behalf. All information collected by Feed It Back will be shared with us and you can also choose to share your personal data with us if you’d like to do so.
Feed It Back and Wireless Social
Your data may be shared between Wireless Social, our free WiFi providers, and Feed It Back for the purpose of sending a post-visit email in order to gather feedback from your recent visit. Your information will only be shared if you opt-in at the point of signing up to WIFi.
