Cosy up with friends and loved ones in a winter chalet igloo, fitted with décor reminiscent of alpine lodges and complete with 360 views of Westfield Square.
Amidst the winter magic, in your private igloo, indulge in the ultimate three course sharing feast featuring your choice of a luxury cheese or a decadent Belgian chocolate fondue, complete with all the trimmings. Each igloo comes complete with a selection of board games and your own Bluetooth speaker so the playlist is entirely up to you! What’s more, the feast comes paired with luxury cocktails from Slingsby gin.
The Winter chalets are £55 per person which include a glass of Prosecco and garlic flatbread and olives to start, a choice of a sweet or savoury fondue, paired with your choice of Slingsby gin cocktail and mulled gin and mince pies to finish.
Why not treat you and your loved ones to the ultimate sharing fondue feast. Choose from the indulgent Black Cow Cheddar cheese fondue or the decadent Belgian Milk Chocolate fondue - complete with all the trimmings and paired perfectly with luxury cocktails by Slingsby gin.

Under 18's and children under 10 need not be added included as guests, but may be added when choosing your fondue. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the igloos is six.
As this experience is designed for sharing in mind, we ask guests to choose either a chocolate or a cheese fondue for their booking. Regrettably we aren't able to offer both options at the same time.
Terms and FAQ's
We are cashless so you need to bring a bank card to settle your bill. We accept carding including American Express as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay & Android Pay.
Fees may apply for late cancellations and no-shows. For larger groups and on key occasion days for our business, we reserve the right to increase the notice required. This will be outlined in your booking journey.
Your table will be held for 20 minutes. After this time your table may be charged a cancellation fee and your table may be given away. If you are late for your reservation, this may be taken off your total booking time.
We reserve the right to refuse or eject any guests who appear intoxicated, behaving inappropriately or dressed inappropriately. Right of admission is reserved and no refund or compensation will be given.
On rare occasions, we may need to move or amend your booking and will work closely with you to find the best solution. In the event we need to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund where applicable.
Cancellations and No-shows
Please allow at least 48 hours should you wish to cancel your booking. No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee which is the amount your card is held for at the time of booking.
Please note that all bookings must be cancelled in writing by email, simply reply to your booking confirmation email, keeping the subject of the email the same as this identifies your booking. Cancellations made through other means, including social media, may not be accepted and you may still be charged.
For some bookings, you may be able to cancel yourself. Look for the 'cancel' button in your confirmation email.
So that you can book with peace of mind, we would give you the option to rebook up to 12 months or cancel with no charges in the event that we are forced to close.
Management reserves the right to amend the cancellation notice as required and you will be notified before your booking is complete.
Please advise your server of any allergies or dietary requirements.
A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your final bill.
Children under ten who are dining from the kids menu need not be added as a guest when making a booking. Young adults under 18 also need not be added and will be charged the reduced rate of £25pp to reflect the absence of alcohol.

Please ensure anyone lucky to look under 25 is carrying a valid form of ID. We accept valid passports or UK driving licence. Children and those under 18’s are permitted with responsible adults.
We don’t have a strict dress code, but we do kindly ask guests to dress appropriately for the occasion.
